Have you noticed that most local computer stores brag about how good their computers are? Their entire business model is built around selling you a new computer. What if you don't want a new computer? What if all you want is your old computer repaired, or upgraded?

We have been servicing the greater Salt Lake area since 2006. We started as a small store in Bountiful. In 2009, we moved to Murray where they have helped almost 3,000 people repair their computer.
How are we different?
We offer a FREE COMPUTER DIAGNOSIS Most computer stores charge $30-$60 just to find out what the problem is. They do this to rope you into their repair no matter how much it is. This is because they know their repair rate will be high, and if you don't want to have it fixed because of that, they want to know they at least made something off of that. Our rates are low enough that almost all diagnosis that come in end up getting fixed.
We offer a FLAT RATE REPAIR All of our flat rates are posted right on our site. If you have a virus, you know exactly how much it will take to remove that virus no matter how long it takes us. We can do this because have fixed so many computer over the years, we know how long it will take us on average for almost all repairs. When we come upon a problem we haven't dealt with that takes us longer than we expect, we learn from that experience and can fix that problem faster the next time.
We have an AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME OF 24 TO 72 HOURS We don't drag your repair out for weeks like some stores do. We get your computer on our bench, and completed as fast as possible. This is to both of our advantage.
DON'T GET US WRONG
We do build new computers, and we will stack up the quality of our computer against anyone else in Utah, or anywhere else for that matter. What we DON'T do is jack the rate up by as much as double what it should be, then claim to offer a "free" lifetime service. We give you options. - If you want a well built computer at a really good rate, and don't care so much about a warranty, offer a 1 year hardware warranty. The beauty of this warranty is the manufacturer of the parts we install all offer a 3 year warranty. This means that even after our 1 year warranty is up, you can still have the part fixed through the manufacturer.
- If you don't want to bother with the manufacturer warranty, and would rather have us deal with it, you can increase our warranty from 1 year to 3 years.
- If you have a non-hardware issue (such as viruses), we offer 50% off our normal rate. This means that if you bring in a computer that we built with a virus, it would only cost $49.00 to fix. You would have to bring in your computer once a quarter for 5 years (the average lifetime of a computer) in order to pay as much as you would for the "free" lifetime service that you get from other local stores.
